Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Bailox purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, underwear and face coverings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
